I am excited to see your fitness section and love what you have to say "We’re on a journey to be feisty, fab and fit!" You are a great motivator, I have been working on trimming away the post surgery weight that I gained after my 6 surgeries that have been done in the last 5 years. I was crushed at work and had both my rotator cuffs repaired with titanium screws in both and my neck nerve opening on the left side drilled out.

I am medication free and that in its self is fabulous. That has been for about 1 1/2 years now. I have pain still but it is manageable.

Now to get the extra inches off of my body will be wonderful too. I have been steadily dropping pounds by eating properly and walking and doing movement exercises to strengthen my range of motion and build stamina & strength in my muscles as there were many muscle groups that were affected by each part of my injury's that I sustained.

God has more in store for me I believe because I am still here finding Joy in the things that I am finding and one of them is you. Thank you for all you do for others and I look forward to connecting with you soon.

Blessings to you with Love & Light,
Lisa Bull
www.braveheartwomen.com/Zaisho

Re: Saliya’s Tale

I love your story.
